In December 2000, LIDA
QUÍMICA inaugurated its new facilities
situated in Parque Industrial Rey Juan Carlos I de Almussafes
(Valencia).
These new facilities have the
resources and the necessary technology to start the
most innovative process to develop products, based on
three ways of production:
Formulation to sell by pints of liquids,
dosage process and mixing entirely automated and computer
controlled to get better versatility and agility in
production and to guarantee the best quality.

The factory has::
Constant mixing reactors which maximise the integration
and the dissolving of solids in liquids that are in
constant movement in a closed circuit. These reactors
are able to process until 80 tons a day.
Theses reactors also carry out hydrolysis, extraction,
fermentation and division process.
There are control elements to measure different
parameters during the process.
A laboratory where the final quality of the product
is controlled, analysing its physicochemical characteristics
that must comply the required specifications .
A warehouse where 300,000 litres can be stored..
Automatic processing machines for liquids and solids
Canalisation and indoor collection system of free
water used for the treatment and for a possible incorporation
into the production process.
